Here at MTPHY, we offer a variety of diverse yoga and fitness classes led by outstanding instructors whose goal is to help you have a high quality and tremendously fun practice. Our classes are open to all levels of flexibility and experience. Whether you're a beginner who can't touch your toes, a college or armchair athlete, a runner with bad knees, a stressed out parent of three, a 30, 50, or 70 year old man or woman with chronic back pain or high blood pressure, or a practiced yogi-THIS YOGA IS FOR YOU!
Our hot room is set to a luxuriously warm 100+ degrees with 40% humidity. Hot yoga de-stress, delight, and detoxify the body through perspiration and increased blood flow. Our classes will help you become stronger, calmer, more toned, less stressed, and we promise to always warm you up on a cold day. Whatever your age, injury, or prior yoga experience (if any), Mt Pleasant Hot Yoga has a class that will benefit your body, mind and spirit.
