We opened in December of 2012, worked out all our bugs through the winter and spring, and are now ready and excited for 2013 and beyond. We have a wonderful new management team and an amazing group of highly qualified, from the heart instructors.
We are located at 115 South Main in downtown Mt. Pleasant, right around the corner from Broadway and across the street from Firstbank. There is free three hour parking on the street and in two large municipal lots a short distance from the studio.

MT PLEASANT HOT YOGA offers a wonderfully diverse variety of yoga classes, from our incredibly challenging seven day a week "Kick Your Asana" ninety (or 60) minute class at 105 degrees to "Hot yin-sweat & surrender," a restorative class where poses are held for 3-5 minutes.
Every offering at Mt. Pleasant Hot Yoga is designed to provide an invigorating, rejuvenating, loving,
and effective yoga experience.
All of our classes are open to all levels of flexibility and experience.
From beginners to the athlete, everyone can find a class that they
feel comfortable in.
During our sixty and ninety minute classes, you will work every
muscle, tendon, ligament, joint, and internal organ in the body,
giving you an incredible sense of radiant health and well-being.
Many of our classes are conducted in a room heated to
105 degrees with 40% humidity. HOT YOGA detoxifies the body through perspiration, tones the muscles, and flushes every cell and organ.
your age, injury, or prior yoga experience (if any), Mt. Pleasant Hot Yoga has an offering that will
benefit your body and mind in ways you never imagined possible.
As we go into our first autumn, we've made a few client inspired changes:
Wednesday noon "yoga fundamentals" class (perfect for beginners) and Sunday 8:00pm "Sleepytime balance & flow," are now $5!
We now have a Hot Fusion class on Mondays at 4:00pm, Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9am, and Sunday mornings at 8am. This class will always surprise and challenge you with a soothing to invigorating mix of traditional postures and flows. And yes, it's suitable for beginners, yet vigorous enough for intermediates and advanced.
On Sunday and Thursday evenings from 8:00pm-9:00pm, join us for "Sleepytime balance & flow," a mellow class that will give you a nice little work out AND put you in a sublime sleep ready state!
All classes on Wednesdays will be sixty minutes long!
More one hour classes has been our most oft requested schedule tweak, so "One Hour Wednesdays" has arrived.
Here are some other highlights of our regular schedule: Every 6:00pm class (except it's at 4:00pm on Friday and 9am on Saturday) and the Wednesday 7:00am is "Kick Your Asana" time! This popular and life changing class is a perfect way to finish (or start) a day of work or school! As you can imagine, it is
a consistently challenging class, and you are welcome to tell the
teacher to ramp it up a bit if you think she or he is picking daisies rather
than training future Olympic gold in the newly designated yoga category!
(you may want to bring an extra towel, and please come well hydrated with at least a quart sized bottle of water).
As always, beginners are welcome...but
if you're coming in after a long spell of couch surfing, you might want
to bring a pillow and enjoy an 85 minute nap your first couple(few) KYA's!
We also offer slow burn, Hot yin (a restorative class), Strength training for yoga, hot fusion, and more.
From your 70+ year old grandparents, to your triathlete cousin, to your Zumba loving sister-in-law, to your mildly out of shape, sometimes stressed out, occasionally insomniac self, Mt Pleasant Hot Yoga will soothe, if not fix, what ails you, with patience, flexibility, slow, deep breathing, and love, love, love!
